Kristal Annette - Day of Coordinator

You decided to plan your wedding on your own and need assistance on the day of? With my prior experience as a wedding photographer, I sometimes had to act as wedding coordinator and sometimes as maid of honor helping the bride with her jewelry and etc. With photography being so dependent on the timeline, I had to keep everyone on track when there was no wedding planner or coordinator. Having experience in event planning from church events to community events, my experience has prepared me to anticipate situations and learn to solve issues and pay attention to the details.

I can help you with as an Event Coordinator:

Set up before the event - things like laying out name place cards, table numbers, fans on chairs etc. Minor set up items like communion table for ceremony, placing table center pieces on table etc.
Keep your timeline running smoothly
Keeping everyone on track
Verify deliveries and Vendors (available for what they might need)
Update vendors of timeline changes.
Any tasks you need handled day of
Making sure everything is where it needs to be

What I don’t do as a Event Coordinator

Running errands that take me away from the event (I could help with finding someone to do that)
Decorating and Tables and Chairs Set up. (Possibly can help with some of it and can be discussed)
Planning your timeline (Will be offering in the future). I can give suggestions but as a day of coordinator I work with your already set up timeline and help everyone adhere to it.

*Will travel with added cost of 1 night stay or multiple nights if event is a few days long and small travel fee (for gas and meals and/or flights).

How to book:

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is collected day of booking to save the date. Remaining balance paid day of. (currently only taking limited number of events)
